Shipping & Returns
Orders can only be shipped domestically within the United States or Internationally to Canada . Please note that we do not ship to P.O Boxes, and cannot change the shipping address once your order has been shipped. Please make sure to double check shipping addresses before placing your order.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS TO THE UNITED STATES
We currently ship UPS Ground Free for Orders shipped within the continental US. Estimate delivery: 5-7 business days.
International (only available In Canada)
Estimated delivery: 8-10 business days. Customer is responsible for duties, taxes ad return shipping.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information when your order has shipped. All orders will be shipped within 1-4 business day.
York Street Clothing is also not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages, if you would like to request a signature for your delivery please email email@example.com with your order number and request.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on yorkstreetclosthing.com within 15 days from the date your order was received. Return will be refunded minus the return shipping cost which will be deducted from your refund. Sale merchandise can be returned unless marked as Final Sale. Any item which you wish to return must be new, unworn, and have all Red Haute Clothing garment tags attached. Please note all sale items marked FINAL SALE in their description are not eligible for return or exchange.
To begin a return:
Select the items and/or order that you would like to return. Submit the return.
Once your request is approved you will receive an email confirmation with instructions for printing your Return Merchandise, please be sure to include this in your return. Please send all returns to the address listed below with your preferred shipping carrier. Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit, and recommend that you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Returns will be processed and credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your parcel to reach us, and a further 2 - 4 business days for your account to be credited. Please note that some banks may take longer to process your refund.

ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS
Items purchased at retail stores, department stores or any other store selling York Street Clothing merchandise may not be returned to yorkstreetclothing.com. These items must be returned to the store from which they were originally purchased, and are subject to the return policy of the retailer.
Our team checks all items for damages before they are shipped. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us right away at orders@redhauteclothing
Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. After 15 days items are no longer eligible for return.
Please note that promotions are not valid on previous purchase, and cannot be combined with any other coupon code.
